Wondering about the most popular neighborhoods in Omaha?  The five below are considered some of the most desirable neighborhoods in Omaha Nebraska

1)Regency

Regency is a neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. The neighborhood features gardens, walking paths a park and Regency Lake and Tennis Club.  The homeowners association also provides access to a private swimming pool.

The neighborhood is home to many of Omaha’s wealthy citizens.  Known for the large open yards, old growth trees and norman rockwell type setting, this is considered by many to be a premium area.

2) Westside – District 66

Westside – District 66 is located in the area noted below in the map.  Because of the size, the neighborhood is diverse in price.  District 66 schools are considered by many to be the top schools in Omaha.  Schools and the central Omaha location make this neighborhood to be highly sought after

3)  Dundee – Happy hollow

Dundee is a historical district known as Omaha’s first suburb. Dundee-Memorial Park district has been named one of APA’s Great American Places of 2011 due to the vibrant community. The community has developed a street car plan, an adopt-a-streetlight program and they seek National Register status. The neighborhood offers a variety of architecture as well as two major parks in Omaha, Nebraska.
